craigjwheeler 0 Posted November 8, 2020 Posted November 8, 2020 Hi, I didn’t experience this issue in the past but all of a sudden I cannot get access to the server when using the emby app on my sony tv. Server I was using has gone through an overhaul and so it’s been down for a few weeks. It’s now back up and running and I was able to access the server on both my iPhone emby app and the web player. When I try and connect to my tv emby app I cannot see a server. Entering it in manually reached an error and when I connect to emby connect I can get in but no server is shown. I’m at a loss, any ideas what might be going on?

craigjwheeler 0 Posted November 9, 2020 Author Posted November 9, 2020 That my server details are wrong but I’ve checked and it’s fine. I’ll double check the error code that I get in a few minutes. My wife is just finishing a movie up atm

Now I only have a screen showing other options (enter user I’d manually, login with connect, switch server, and send logs). If I press up I can see the server but when I click it nothing happens
craigjwheeler 0 Posted November 9, 2020 Author Posted November 9, 2020 Sorted out the issue. I tried to sign in but it wasn’t recognizing my username so i tried my email and that did the trick. Not sure why it was so complicated this time but thank you for your time.
