What awesome local foods do you have?

Figured I would throw this out there for to get some food love going.

 

Living in the southwest in New Mexico, I would die without red/green chile since we put it on basically everything. Wife went to a local produce today that was closing and bought out the green chile, its usually not out until Autumn so I was surprised they had any. Looks a full day of roasting on the grill for me. And no, I did not order it from Newegg

 

 

Box is bigger than it looks since the chiles are about 8" long.

That is actually butter but they have cheese available as well. Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Pesto Jack, Firehouse Jack, Jalapeno Jack.

oh lol, just saw "eese" and was like, oh yum cheese! Whole box looks yummy though.
