Ralph's Emby 17 Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 Hello, Lately I'm having several issues, my router went crazy and I had to reset it, lost all the settings with my Domain (port forward) info and cannot share at present time. Just tried to load Emby Server + Paython for my Live TV, but it crash and cannot load the python app (cayars help me), as soon I try to open, the sooner it crash. Open Emby Server, got the"Orage" color (never had it) and it ask me to become a Premier Customer ... Ignore and Sign in, seems Emby still reading me as non Premier Customer but under the Premier section, it have the key and stated it is active, try to load Live TV and I cannot open it because it is for Premier Customer... What ?? Concern I may need to uninstall and re-install Emby, I do have a SSL Certificte and linked to my Domain and I'm not an expert, will loose all the info. Need help how to fix this, anyone ?
Carlo 4561 Posted November 1, 2020 Posted November 1, 2020 I got your PM and think it's best we setup another remote session and let me take a look. Chances are you got new IPs on devices as well as lost port forwarding info in the router. Not sure what would change with python (Locast?) but can take a look. Orange makes sense as you're likely looking at a Halloween theme that kicks in a couple of days this time of year.
