Merge versions back together after doing "split versions apart"

Is it possible to merge versions of TV show episode back together after doing "split versions apart"?

At first I thought I could simply delete the one of the three versions, and then re-scan the TV show library files, but to complicate the matter more I don't have write access on the file system where the  "split" version is located, and therefore cant remove it from the library.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Any reason why you can't grant write/delete access?

I don't have full access to that server because it's located at a friends place, and I connect to it over a IPSec VPN-tunnel.

Hmm, the multi-select function is currently not there in list view so there's no easy way to do this. In the TV library in the all Episodes tab, you could do it there with multi-select if you can manage to get them all on screen together. You could also do it with the search feature.

Ok, thanks. I'll take a look at that. If that doesn't work I can always roll back a backup of the Emby VM.

But why isn't it possible to delete a library object without deleting the file from the file system?

Thanks Luke!

I managed to use the multi-select function and got the split versions grouped back together.

I didn't know there were a multi select tool, and it took a while for me to find it, but now I think I know how it works.
