Emby icon greyed out on Sony TV and does not work

Hello

The Emby icon is greyed out on our Sony TV and will not start.

Emby works on all our other devices, phones, tablets, Google Chrome etc, just not our main TV.

Any idaes?

Hi, have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app?

Do you mean on the TV, If so it doesn't have an app, I am opening the Music Photos Videos section on the built in TV menu and from their it lists the greyed out emby icon.

That sounds like a DLNA connection.  I'd try restarting your Emby server and your TV itself.

Could it be a firewall issue on the windows 10 Emby server?

Well I seem to have fixed the issue by turning on UPnP on my router. Would that be the actual reason or just lucky timing?
