I ran into the same problem. But my system is qnap. Where is the location of the configuration file? This is the EmbyServer screenshot I found.

That's the location for the software package. You want to look in the config location, same general area where you would find the Emby logs. I don't know where that is on QNAP, you can look/ask in here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/forum/154-qnap/
