4k mp4 washed out

Hi,

After getting help on here a couple of weeks ago i got dvdfab wit a couple of updates to rip 4k disks for my emby server.  Unfortunately they still get all washed out on my emby server.  When I just play the file on my laptop, the contrast is still sharp, but as soon as i move the file over to my emby server it gets all washed out looking.  Can anyone point me to why this might be happening.  Here's the mediainfo report on the fie I ripped.  Thanks for any help.

Hi, If it's a 4K UHD disc and it transcodes this will happen.  If it was direct playing we need to look further.

The problem is that the HDR metadata is lost when transcoding and the colors are washed out. It does not happen with 4K SDR.

What device are you using to play your media?

Also the transcoding log would be useful to see why it's transcoding (if it's really transcoding)
