Hi,

Every user but me (the admin) are unable to access live TV.  Of coarse the option is check in the Users access control. I get this message : "there was an error in the HTTP response..."

They are trying to connect with Roku and also from there phone using the android app.  it use to work fine a few month ago...

Any ideas?

Hi.  Exactly what are they doing when this error occurs?

What happens with the web app?

Hi,

This is a popup from the Roku web app.

When they select a channel to watch they got loading circle and then the popup screen.  So, it is completely impossible to watch live TV remotely.  I tried to log with there name and tried to watch live TV and it worked.  I also tried with my cell phone with no WIFI turn on just to make sure that it's not because I'm on local network.

I don't think it's there network because all my users are having the same problems (5 users)

Hi. If they try with a web browser instead, what happens?
