Even though I disagree with the order in the native player, it looks like we need to re-order our menu items too...

Audio and subtitle selection is also missing in native player:

I have to go to the detail screen to select Audio or Subtitles and when there are more than 6 buttons, you can't reach that button, the trick is to go down and then up:

I don't believe there is any way for us to tell the native player about things that aren't in the actual stream.  So, if remuxing or transcoding, this is what we're stuck with.
