Change Resolution for BluRay 3d?

Hello,

 

I currently have my 3D Blurays ripped to ISO format using TMT 5 as the external player.  I can get this to work if I manually change the computer resolution to one set up as 3D, watch the movie, then change resolution back to non-3D afterwards.  I am able to get Daemon Lite tools working with Media Browser Classic and launch TMT 5, but I can't seem to find a setting that will change the resolution automatically for me in Mb3C or TMT5.  Does anyone have this working or is there an easier way to do it?
