Cannot Reset Admin Password

I tried to change the Admin password today from my home network, but kept getting invalid user name or password.  Unfortunately, I tried different passwords, multiple times.

Now, the original password that was working earlier today doesn't work and gives me the same message.

I tried the Forgot Password, but I cannot locate the folder that the instructions are directing me to.  It doesn't seem to exist.

I can log into Emby Server with several other accounts, but I can't Manage the server.

I would appreciate a little help getting past this.  Please let me know if you need more details.

Hi, are you on windows? it might be a hidden folder. Try entering the folder path into the address bar of windows explorer. Please see if that helps. Thanks.

Yes, I am currently running on Windows.

Your suggestion worked- it was a hidden folder.  

I am good to go now.
