Changing main thumbnail creation time

Is there any way to change the time for when a thumbnail is created for a video? Like how it'll show a thumbnail preview before you click a video in random libraries like my picture shown, that kind of preview thumbnail.

In this example a lot of videos have some fake ad that takes up the first 15 seconds of the video and a lot of the thumbnails are just of that.

So is there a way to set the thumbnails to be created from a later time in my videos?

Sorry there is no option to adjust interval for Screen Grabber images that I am aware of.
