Library icons

When I first installed Emby (around June, don't remember version), my libraries displayed with icon slices. I recently had to wipe my drive and reinstall OS and Emby. I now don't get the icon slices for my Movies library (Music Videos do display different slices) as I used to. There are four identical slices which look to be a frame extracted from one of my movies (see attached). Is there a setting I am missing?

Edit image on the Library and delete the current image, then do a Scan Library files on that library to generate a new dynamic image.
