Invalid Metadata Change

I have a weird problem. My Media Browser Server keeps altering TV Show metadata with incorrect values. Metadata for aTV Show episode, recognized with a valid season and episode number, is altered after some time with an incorrect episode and/or season  number. Like 2nd episode of the 3rd season is changed to 42nd episode of 7th season (where the show has 4 seasons and no 42nd episode obviously). I checked the log but could not see a clear error. I attached the consecutive log files, server-63541843200.txt is before (AFAIK) such a problem occurs and server-63541898125.txt is after. I checked such an episode, whose metadata is wrong now, and saw that last modification time is 15:15. The server-63541898125.txt log starts at 15:15 so I believe this two log files should reveal something.
