6011 Libraries created??

Kinda have two problems. 

1.  Turned on the "camera Upload" in the app.   Enabled Media Server and "upload only on Wifi".   it created 6011 new libraries all called "Camera Uploads", pointing to exact same folder.

2.  How do I mass get rid of 6000+ folders all with the same name?
