Live TV Spinning

I see Emby is transcoding my OTA antenna.  Not sure if that's really necessary vs straight streaming but here's the deal:

1. I have Emby Server running on WIndows.  Latest updates.

2. I have an HD HomeRun Connect Quadro

3. Have a Wingard Flat Antenna.

4. Picking up about 63 channels.

 

I have Emby setup with the tuner on the network.  I have had one time that it played but see it as mentioned before is transcoding.  Saw some pixelation and not sure if it's Emby or the channel.  That said, very frequently including now, I am seeing the circle spinner when i try to play a channel.  So far one time have been able to get live tv up on my PC.  I haven't tried it on my NVidia Shield Pro yet.  

 

EDIT: Note the channels play fine from what I can see on an iPhone on the HD HomeRun app.
