Trouble playing 4K content chromecast

So i have a AndroidTv where emby is installed, 4k playback works fine using the android tv app.

I also have another tv with a chromecast 3.
4k is not possible to cast so i upgraded to a chromecast ultra.

Same result not working.
Trying the web browser is also not working to play the file.

The emby server is installed on my synology DS118
Is this because my synology is not powerfull enough ? 
 

Do i need to provide more info ?

Okay so i started the process again today and i'm seeing a slight difference.
I'm seeing a loader instead of a black screen. Still no video playback.

Anyway here are the logs of that time:embyserver.txt

Hi Luke, 

Where their any updates recently on the android app ? I have encountered the problem yes, i'm thinking maybe it was a file format the chromecast doesn't support? 

Anyway.. I sold the chromecast 3 and ultra. I'm waiting on the new google tv. Hopefully the problem will be solved.

I'm still waiting on the new chromecast. The chromecast is sold out in the eu so when i get my hands on one i will definitely check this out.
