chef 3810 Posted July 24, 2014 Posted July 24, 2014 (edited) The recent update of mb plus is just amazing. What an amazing overhaul to my media center interface. Two things are happening with my ui though. The first is regarding the movies "Curious George" and Curious George 2". These two movies belong in my sons library. They live in a folder that is only added to his library, and not to mine, and yet for some strange reason these movies show up in my mb plus "Suggested" panels. I went through the configuration and tried setting it up, so that I had a specific mb plus homepage for my account which ignored the folder path which contained "Curious George", but yet he seems to make his way back to my MBPlus EHS under "suggested". the strange thing is that "Mary Poppins" also lives in this same folder, but I haven't seen her show up. Although I might not have watched anything recently which would suggest Mary to me. The one other thing which I am finding strange is happening in the "recent" panel. If I add a movie to my folder structure, the server will see it and add meta accordingly. It will show up under the web client in my movie list, but mb plus will not show it. I gave it some time before I came to the conclusion that there was a problem. The new movie will show up in my normal MB Classic EHS. And there was one last thing I thought I needed to bring up. It has to do with creating chapters. I run the server to create chapters for my newest library editions, however mbclassic doesn't show the chapers icon on the details page. No matter how long I wait (even the next day..) the chapters still don't exist. What is interesting is that the new interface can't seem to calculate the length of the movie, and doesn't respond to seeking through the time line, although the movie is seeking. Eventually, after a long period of time (duration is unknown) the chapter icons do appear on the movie and all the ticks appear on the time line bar in the new interface. So all is good, but at the time of trying to watch a new movie I add, it does get a tedious. Did I mention I love MB PLuS! Edited July 24, 2014 by chef
ebr 16169 Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Can you give me a couple screenshots of what you see in MBC with the Curious George thing and the settings in MB Plus on the server plus the server log? MB Plus doesn't have a details screen so I'm not sure what the deal is with your chapters. What version of MBPlus.Classic are you running? The latest update should improve how quickly new items show up on the start screen.

Curious George seems to have been removed from my suggested panels. Although I did watch the new Spider-Man which seems to have changed the panel listings for me. I am going to go back and find the movie I watched which suggested Curious George. I think it was the muppets movie.
