Play only chapters?

Hi:  Is there currently a way to have Emby only play chapters of a recording?  For example if there was a recording with commercials in it, and chapters existed that defined all of the content minus the commercials, is there a way Emby could play those chapters and therefore skip the commercials?

If not, would there be a way that a plugin could do this?

not currently - but with a minor user intervention using the existing chapter markers and a couple of clicks and you have what would be complex task to cover all the edge cases automagically

also basic things needed would be standard chapter names (with translations, and what about spelling errors?) plus remote control working with the client, user cancel option ....

assuming comskip got the marker scorrect - at best its 95% accurate - with a few seconds either way of the true chapter end/start

can think of ways it could be done but a lot of work - and possibly you would need to override basic emby functions - not sure
