Ralph's Emby 17 Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 (edited) Hello, Since last update (4.5.2.0) I notice the Server never finish to Scan my Library (Task: Scan Media Library), it get stuck around 90.1-4 %. After few Hrs, it changes into "Stopping" mode and it stay in stopping mode, unless I shutdown or restart the Server. All other task are working good but since it never complete any Library Scan, isn't adding or updating new "Movies Collection", i.e. Restart and delete the Scan Task + start a new one and no luck. Again, I never had this problem, it started since last update. Also, it use to scan my files pretty fast. Any Solution will be Appreciated. Edited October 12, 2020 by Ralph's Emby

theReverend 4 Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 (edited) I'm having the same issue (this is on a Synology DS418play). - Scan media library always gets stuck at about 87.6% (even after 24 hours). - If I scan library files (of just one library - my music) it get stuck at 97% (even after 24 hours). - I've tried repeatedly over the past 4 days or so... - Attached is my most recent log file. NOTE: I've only added a few music titles... my library has scanned without issue for the last year or so. Currently, there isn't an option in Synology to upgrade to version 4.5.2. Should I download a version from https://emby.media/synology-server.html? If so, which version shlould I download?
