not sure how to rotate logs - heard about that but I do not see the option anywhere in docker settings.

I can restart docker and play/top LiveTV if that would help?

Wouldn't think Docker  would be any different, but you should see the option on Dashboard-Scheduled Tasks "Rotate log file".

OK I

restarted docker (it cleared temp files)

after restarted I opened emby on Roku and started live TV

I exited via home

I entered emby again

I exited by hitting'back' a few times and selecting 'exit emby'

i restarted emby

Clean up appears to be happening correctly in the log. Both logs on specific playback session.

I let Live TV play for awhile (since last post)

in ~30minutes it created 630 temp files taking up 7gb of space.

I exited via 'home' button a few minutes ago. Since then I have been watching the transcoding folder and not only did it not empty, but it keeps growing.

I understand now that 'home' does not clear the temp folder but it just keeps running all night until my cache drive fills up and docker crashes...

thanks

It will continue to grow until the "Are you still watching" setting is caught and then stop this runaway session (assuming enabled).  As speechles mentioned this is a defect within the Roku itself.

gotcha - OK I'll re-enable 'are you still watching'

thanks for the help
