Music Video folder Metadata Oddity

I have my music videos set up as 

Music_Videos/Artist/

                                        cover.jpg

                                        Track_title.mp4

The cover.jpg is an artist image.

This structure is picked up well in Emby's folder view... except when there is only one single video for an artist.

If an artist's folder has only one video, the metadata for it's top-level spot (where other artists are depicted just fine) is replaced with both name and screen of the single video file.

Hi, yes we do this to avoid the extra drill down click into the folder.
