Hi.  I don't see a Premiere key on this email address.  Is your key installed properly in your server?  Are you connected to that server when this problem occurs?

It would have been a different email. It works on all my other devices just not the box

Can that device get out to the internet?  Something may be blocking that particular device.

Can you confirm that you are connected to the server with the Premiere key at the time?
