Attached is log, both my (oneplus 5) and the wife's (moto g6) have had issues playing content the past few days, have uninstalled and reinstalled. The log shows a movie we both tried watching on our phones that would not load, but played last night on the Fire TV.

EDIT> I converted it to mobile and tested and it still wouldn't play.

Hi, try shutting down the Ombi software and then leaving it shut down. Then try to play again. Please let us know how that compares. Thanks.

I will test tomorrow and report back.

OK still no go. I have some movies that will not play at all, though they play fine in MPV. Others that are perfectly fine, I've looked at variables like hevc vs h264, aac, 5.1 vs 2.0 and there is no pattern. Log looks the same. I downloaded newest beta from Dropbox and same result.

In the log you provided, what did you try to play, and at that time of day?

It was Queen of the Damned, and was in the time frames in the log. It's been a couple days so I don't remember exactly but I and the wife tested, then I went to my server and did like a tail -n 600 to pull that precise timeframe. I'm going to do it again right now and pull a log, give me just a bit.

7:39 - Queen of the Damned; HEVC, AAC; does not play

7:40 - Scoob!; HEVC, AAC; does not play

7:41 - Independence Day; HEVC, AAC; does play (albeit stuttering a little)

7:42 - Lara Croft Tomb Raider; H264, AAC; does not play

7:43 - Lara Croft Cradle of Life; H264, AAC; does play

Ombi is still shut down. Emby was restarted after shutdown the other day to make sure to break the link.

If you go and look at these files are some 10 bit files and some 8 bit files?

Queen: 8

Scoob: 10

I day: 10

Lara 1: 8

Lara 2: 8

Lara 1 and 2 are pretty much exactly the same encode-wise.

OK doesn't appear to be that.  I think you'll likely need to play some media back in the mobile apps and provide those logs so the devs can see what's going on.

My bad dude I thought it took by default now, enabled debug in app and tried QOTD. Did a tail again, but started playing at around 9:33.

Being that it's not Ombi since it's been down I'm bringing it back up.

Yes Queen of the Damned. It spins and does nothing.

Is it just taking a long time to start?

Also does this only happen from outside the local network, or inside as well? Are you using a reverse proxy?

No it just never starts. Inside local network but yes reverse proxy.

Playing from the web works on Firefox mobile. Local IP and proxy.

Can you try it without the reverse proxy as a test?
