Is it now safe to install the latest version on Synology?

I have seen alot of people (including myself) having problems installing the latest emby on synology.

I had an issue where my RS810+ wouldn't recognize the file, thus refusing to install it.  (V.4.5.0.50).
Since then I have noticed that V.4.5.1.0 have been posted, and people have had issues after installing it..

I have tried to read all the threads with the various issues, but have yet to determine if they were resolved or not..

I am reluctant to upgrade, potentially breaking my perfectly functioning version, but would not like to get "left behind" when future upgrades come out..
So.. hence the question.. Is it now stable enough to upgrade to 4.5.1.0, or are people still having serious issues with it?
