VAAPI not detected on DS416play (Braswell) with 4.5.1.0

This has been reported on other threads. It's something to do with the interaction of the new packages and Synology. Usually seems to happen after restarting the Emby package through the dashboard. It can be ignored as Emby is running, just being reported as stopped to Synology.

can't roolback to 4.5.2

had to stop from package center and install over the top. it works now
