Abobader 3463 Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 Hi, Normally that when the creation of that file using none UTF-8 encode. Download (it free) Subtitle Edit and open that file and it will show you what encode it is. You can convert it to UTF-8 as well. My best
