Channels not shown in Live TV

I uploaded today channels as depicted in the screenshot. All the channels are mapped. 
But none of these channels are shown in Program, Guide or Channels.

Channels from other regions are shown properly.

 

Another question, is there somewhere a list of the channel codes to make the mapping easier?

You might check to make sure the EPG Guides are each  enabled for the corresponding tuners in Live TV Guide Data Providers, and that you don't have any parental control restrictions set on the user account.
