Emby connect confusion

Can anyone help with emby connect user login/pass info?   I just figured I can’t use emby/pin because it does not recognize user/pass.... and I can’t figure out how to find out...

Hi, Your Emby Connect username will be the same as your login here on the forum.

To use Emby Connect you will need to make sure you associate this Emby Connect account to the username you are using on your Emby Server.

Thanks Carlo. So this is the case: I succesfully changed emby connect ‘old password’ (which refused to work when I tried to use it on emby/pin page today) to ‘new password’ (which worked without problem on emby/pin page). I now remember exactly same thing happened 2 months ago and I reported it ( I can’t find that post at the moment!). So I guess this is some kind of bug you should check out for.

It just happened again. I needed emby/pin and user/pass is refused again

Sounds like your browser or browser extension is trying to log you in with an old password.  Try clearing your cache or try a different browser.
