Does Emby establish a secure and encrypted connection to the server?

I have a question about the Emby server connection. If windows is being monitored by monitoring software ( e.g. www.worktime.com) will it be shown as a connection between my PC and the Emby server? Or it will be encrypted?

Encryption will protect the contents of the data, but it will not protect the traceability of the connection.  For that, you need to encrypt DNS as well (using DNS over TLS).  If you are talking internal (LAN), then I expect any local agent will know exactly what you are doing as it will be looking at the executables and such like.
