move premiere key from imac to raspberry pi

Started EMBY on an RPI4, shut down EMBY on iMAC, successfully loaded Premiere key in RPI4, shows up in dashboard.  Cannot download EMBY TV guide data, is key tied to only imac? I previously switched in other direction without a problem

Hi. Please explain exactly what problem  you are having.  There is no issue with moving the key.  Depending on the exact issue, there may be a network problem preventing validation.

The indication is I can’t download the live TV guide.  It is working in iMac. It is valid in rpi4, accepted by EMBY And CHECked by me.

Using “I forgot” and pasting new key worked.
