People tagging question

Is there some approach that is intended or suggested for use of people tagging feature? 

I figured I can tag people and click tags on people detail page (to see the list of all people with same tag) but I find it very limiting... 

For example, if I tag some directors ‘oscar winner’ I would have to find director which have that tag to be able to click on it and see all of them with the same tag. Tag search for people would be nice.

Hi, yes this makes sense. It's just not something we've looked at up to this point.

Thanks. I would like to be able to directly open people page (now you can see this page only when clicking on tags) to be able to use filters like with movies and other media.
