Watched Progress Bar

I saw that on (cough cough) Jellyfin, someone had altered the Watched Progress Bar so that it was a complete overlay:

Any idea on how to achieve this in Emby? Many thanks for any help.

Possibly via css - but that only applies to the web client

@PenkethBoy thanks, yes, only in the web client. I've now started to use, as a created 'add to Homescreen' shortcut, the web client on my Android phone and on my Android TV, so it takes advantage of being able to use CSS
