Endless loading when identifying a mismatched TV Series

Hi I'm looking for help getting my mismatched TV Shows fixed,Endless loading when identifyin

The TV Show Ghosts (2019) has been mismatched as the anime Ghost Stories (2000). An example file from my folder structure for this series is: TV Shows/Ghosts (2019)/Series 01/Ghosts (2019) - S01E01 - Who Do You Think You Are WEBDL-1080p.mkv. To fix this issue I have clicked on the three dots on the corner of the cover art and clicked identify. I enter the "TheTVDB Id" of: 361701 to match it to the correct show and click search. The correct show and cover art is shown in the search results. I have tried replacing the metadata with and without replacing existing images but I still get an endless spinning loading wheel. If I press back or it times out there is no change to the metadata or the cover art. The background and title banner are correct when you click on the show but the cover art and description are wrong. Logs are attached along with a screenshot of the series page.

Hi, it is doing a complete metadata refresh of the series and all episodes so it's going to take a little time.

I'm afraid even after waiting for the refresh there is no change. I've had a closer look at the issue and I think it may be related to the Anime plugin and how my metadata providers are ordered. I just go rid of the plug in to take the extra providers out of the equation and I'll report back after I've refreshed all TV metadata.

Can confirm that the providers from the Anime plugin were the issue. Identifying works as expected without the plugin and all the shows in my library have TVDB entries anyway.

Thanks for the feedback. You can also close the dialog and just let it go in the background.

We should improve the user interface to make this more clear.
