IPTV Channels not showing in Emby but showing in VLC

Hello, 

 

I am missing channels in emby and some do not play. however, when I load the same iptv url in VLC all channels show up and the few that would not play in emby play in VLC player. 

I am missing 10 MLB channels, however they show in VLC, I have refreshed the guide and deleted the sudo -s rm -rf /var/lib/emby/cache/

I am running Linux and updated to the newest emby build 4.5.0.50

I have attached the logs. ESPN Main is the channel I was having issues playing in emby but play perfectly in VLC. The ESPN stream would not load at all in Emby.

Are there duplicate tvg-id values in the m3u?

No that I know of. Let me check.

Yes, there are a ton of duplicate tvg-id names

I deleted all of the urls form the list below but you can see all MLB channels have the same tvg-id = MLBNetwork.us

Hi, currently they are getting grouped by tvgid but we plan to add more control over this in upcoming updates.
