Send an email to Quote billingsupport@emby.media in order to potentially obtain a refund. And maybe read bold red letters before subscribing to some service next time. You sent a link saying that you no longer have to unlock the app, then why is it not letting me watch anything saying "unlock not purchased"??

Because the server you're connecting to either is not a Premiere server and has exceeed 5 free TV devices - or it is and has exceeded total devices limit.
