jrusch 0 Posted September 17, 2020 Posted September 17, 2020 I bought a lifetime license back in 2015 or so because I really loved this server and the direction it was going!! I have gone through hardware and software revisions and many issues since then but I have always managed to make it work and make a comeback. I was finally forced to completely purge and rebuild my server. I made the jump from 3.3.x all the way to 4.4.3.0. That latest version was a crap show on my system that I couldn't even get to work. Went back to 4.4.2 and everything was flawless EXCEPT my premiere key. I can't even be sure which email I used or if I even have access to it anymore (might be old isp addy), but I now I paid for and enjoyed that key for years until now. NO KEY. NO RECOVERY. NO PREMIERE. When I try to enter literally every email I might have used, it says "Supporter Not Found." I have searched through all the accounts I have access to and have not managed to find anything. WHAT DO I DO ABOUT 120 DOLLARS LOST IN THE AETHER!???????!!!!!!! I really don't know where or when my key is, but I know I cant afford to just drop that money all over again for a key that was supposed to last a Lifetime. It isn't worth the upgrade if it cost me twice. Any help at all would be major appreciated as I R broke biz.
