jnichols82 0 Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 I have two emby premiere accounts charging my bank account, and no active account because I still have yet to receive the email with the activation code days later. I need one premiere account cancelled and refunded. Then, I need my account to be activated. I paid, and I still can't access premiere days later.because it insists on an activation code that was sent to my email, but I never received the email. Help me out please.
Carlo 4561 Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 (edited) Hi, did you use two separate email addresses when you purchased these? You should have received this in email very quickly. Check your spam folder. If you go to the same screen you shown above and scroll down you'll see a section for "Forgot Key" which you can use. Just type in the email address, click the button and within a minute or two (if that) you're key will be in your email. If you don't see it, again check your spam folder. This knowledge base article explains this and also covers how to cancel an account. The email address was messed up, with an apostrophe in front: instead of Could you please cancel and refund the two duplicate accounts that are charging to 'jonathannichols82@gmail.com I redid the subscription with my email address minus the apostrophe and it worked just fine.
