From VLC player

you can see the subtitle in Emby web client is very very small.

the setting to change the font size in Emby web client is not useful cause the font size is written in the ass file.

this one's size is 60.
If needed, I can provide this .ass file.

My browser is chrome and edge.

Also  in safari on ipad.embyserver.txt

Using the almost current beta server, the sizes match pretty much exactly for me, though the web client is slightly smaller:

Web client 45.0.27 (displayed in Opera):

VLC player (MPV player is indistinguishable):

But you can see the reason for the difference - the font is different, and clearly in your case the inherent size of the fonts varies greatly.

This is arising because ass/ssa subs are not supported by the browsers, so Emby has to burn them in - but it doesn't seem to use the specified font, whether it's installed (for all users) on the machine running the server, or only attached to the video file.  Using Emby Theatre on Windows rather than a browser, the subs match the other players correctly; similarly using the Emby iOS client.

I think it's been stated that the server-rendered ass subs are not expected to be as good as client-rendered ones, though I'm not sure why that difference should be maintained - I guess that they are seen as a bit too niche (being pretty much limited to anime) to be a higher priority.
