Conversion Question

So, as i like to convert all my media into different format to make directplay streaming a lot easier, i am trying to find a way to make emby auto convert on any new content from the primary folder, for example, i acquire a few tv series that has multiple seasons and they are organised in the correct layout but they are not in the format i would like, is it possible to make emby auto convert just by scanning the tv folder instead of me having to select each series or is there a command i could run through external file using scripterx to call said file.

Okay, it seems it was on the main screen instead of the screen i was looking, i kept searching inside the folder and on all the side bar options but didnt press the 3dot button on the home screen. Thanks for the help.
