Ip or port? Oppo 203

I know this is probably a noob question i should be able to figure out but im stuck. How do i find the ip and port for emby on ios for an oppo 203 dlna connection?

 

i looked on my time machine and copied the ip and there was no port and it didnt work. So im obviously grasping at straws.

I am pretty sure all DLNA traffic is on port 1900.

i tried it with the ip that was under the ip line and after a minor pinwheel and it said it cant connect right now... ot sure what im doing wrong or how to trouble shoot
