How to get MB3 server to run at startup?

I had issues with my PC, so had to do a reset in Windows 8.1 pro.  Since doing it, I have had to reinstall MBC and the Server.  How do I set the server to run at startup?  Currently everytime I restart, I have to manually open/run the server.

I probably did something to initiate this prior to my PC crash, but I can't figure out what it was..  and it did run at startup!  

Any tips?

I check that box, but then it doesn't do it..
