I have a problem with android tv in a new tanix deco, after entering my username and password, he keeps thinking and at the end he closes the session, previously it happened to me on another device and I don't know what to do, could someone help me? I have premiere emby

I assume your Emby server is up and running and that your Android TV device is on the same network? 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ATV app? 

Which version of the app are you running?

Try to sideload the new android mobile app:

That box is an Android Box not and Android TV box, maybe mobile app works better.
