I can't get Nest mini to open Emby on my Shield

I can open Plex, Youtube, and other apps just fine but when I try Emby it says "Sorry it looks like that device isn't set up yet". Am I missing something? 

I can command it to play/pause a video while it's playing but not much else.

I know people have been successful with Google Home but not with just "Emby" as Google will think that is "MB" or "NB" or even "NBA".  I thought the full name worked for them.  You might have to train it by speaking slowly and clearly.
