Emby backup Configuration for schedules

I have been searching but cannot find anything that talks about backing up the SERIES (under live TV).  Sometimes, I need to nuke my profile, or in my current situation will be replacing my HDD with an SSD.  I prefer a fresh installation vs cloning.  The Server Backup utility is excellent at backing up most server and user settings but you still have to go in and add each series which in turn tells Emby what to schedule and when.  This would be nice as part of the serve backup utility but I would be content to know what directory/file(s) to copy so I can restore to the new installation of Emby (or at least an option in that utility).  I currently have 50 series' setup so it is a bit time consuming to go individually.  Indeed, once each is setup and the check box check (Don't record episodes that are already in my library), will take time for my NAS devices to scan and correctly scheduled those I do not already have.  I would be content in just copying necessary data files to my new installation if that is feasible.  Thanks!
