Playing/Shuffling Downloaded Content Doesn't Work

Posting this here instead of IOS/Android section because I've tested it on an iPhone and a Google Pixel with the same results. I'm assuming it's a server issue.

If a user has multiple songs/albums from different artists downloaded on their phone, selecting the play button or the shuffle button does nothing. Meaning, if you select either button, nothing visually happens.

It's important to note, this only happens if there is multiple songs/albums from different artists. If you only have one album downloaded, or two songs from the same album, the two buttons will work properly.

Please see attached screenshot for reference. This should be fairly simple to reproduce as I've done it on 3 smartphone devices so far.
