VR App for Emby

Interesting! looking these things up now since apparently the quest 4 is intended for a Q4 2025 release, quest 3 doesn't have quite enough battery life for me to purchase one, i have been looking at those XREAL and VITURE ar glasses although, not keen on having to buy a new phone to use it ( pixel 7 pro, only supports 8 and 9 )

Could someone please tell me where to get the apk for the Quest 3. It was easy with both of my Sony TVs to connect to the Emby server on my Synology.

So far the only android.apk I found and loaded with SideQuest connects and plays videos but they are very small, like they were recorded on a phone.

Also, I have Skybox and PlayA' but don't know how to tell either program to connect to the Emby server like I can on my smart TV.

Use the trigger on either one of your Meta controllers to grab the resize gadgets that will appear just outside of the  corners when you hover over them. Drag the screen to the size desired and position it with the bar gadget at the bottom. Consider using Bigscreen which is free and comes with your headset. First you will want to download the Bigscreen remote desktop app and install it to your Emby Server...  https://www.bigscreenvr.com/remotedesktop . This will give you a really immersive experience with Emby.  When you first get into the Bigscreen app on your headset just choose desktop. This will make your Emby server pop up on the screen. Then either install an Emby client on your server or just use the web browser interface. Use your controllers just like a mouse to point and click with the triggers. Enjoy!
