*****SOLVED I just tryed again and now it works,  used same user & PSW , so was a temporary problem****

However if somebody knows the answer to my question could be useful if problem happen again 🙂

 

Hi all, a strange thing happened from few days, If I try to connect to my account and  I always receive a message user or psw error.

In all devices were the connection has been already done all works fine.

If I go on "I forgot psw" button and put my email address, I will receive my actual psw or the system force me to change it?

I cannot want to change it othewise I have to change in all my devices 😞

@teicang is this about your local server credentials on your Emby Server, or an Emby Connect login?

Hi Luke,problem was on  Emby Connect login, I tryed with different devices, mobile, PC,Tablet and different browser, nothing change.

So I posted a topic, after I posted it just to be sure I tryed again and it start again to work, I used same user and Psw I used before , so I supposed was a temporary problem ...

Ok so then you use the forgot password function here on the forum to change that.
