can not connect remotely

i cannot connect remotely, ive tried all the trouble shooting tips on the github, and none of them work, my web browser shows problem loading page, android app says cannot connect to server

all work except the port forwarding i have configured it in my modem and it still does not work

If you look at the IP shown in your firewall for the WAN address, does that IP match what Canyouseeme says?

If cys.org says your port is open But it still does not work try manually opening another port like 8097 and map emby to it via its settings. That worked for me.
