Can not connect with pin in emby

About a week ago all of a sudden when I clicked on the emby app it would take me to sign in manually or login with connect (pin) or select server and the last box said send logs.  As of three days ago it won’t go to that at all.  It comes up with the page giving you a code.  So I go to my iPhone pull up the emby sign in with pin and I put in my username and password and the code that is on the tv and then back on my tv I use our 4K fire stick to click Next then it goes to the page that is showing 192.168.1.1 then below I think it was 8096 and below that click on ok.  It goes directly back to the page that shows the pin code and says error and not connecting to server.   I cannot sign in at all now.  However I can sign in emby on my phone and iPad and computer.  Makes no sense to me.  I hope this explains it enough in detail.  Hope you can help me.  I am/was in emby every day.

I am connected to Server vein plus 6.

per your asking for pictures.  One is I have clicked on next the other shows clicked on the skip and enter IP address

Then it goes to this ... if you click on Ok it goes back to the pin code page.

That server address looks like a place-holder.  Have you filled in your actual server address before clicking OK?

When I click the skip and enter button it goes completely out of the entire app now.  A few days ago it would go back to the pin code page. This is so overwhelming and confusing.

Oh I forgot on that server page with port it will not let you type over it or back the content out and retype.  That’s not an option.

That's quite the poor combination of color (lack of) on that screen with poor understanding of what button if any is highlighted.

Those screens would be benefit tremendously from a highlight box that follows the cursor around to different areas.

Also you shouldn't have a button to take you to the screen you're already on.  That last screen shot is confusing as it's in the manual input mode, still has a code showing and a button that takes you to that screen. ???

I know right?!  I am so frustrated!  When this whole started over a week ago only way in each time was to manually sign each time.  It won’t even offer that option at all now.  It’s stuck on those two pages.

Hi. As I mentioned, this is a bug related to the new theming that exists in the app.  In your first screen shot, the button you pressed was "Skip".  In your second screen shot, the button you pressed was "Cancel".

The one that looks different from the other two is the selected button.

So what or how do we fix this?  It doesn’t matter which button you push we can’t move past those two screens and get into emby.  Please help me.

If we can’t resolve this today I am gonna discontinue my service.  Most frustrating.

Sooooo how are we suppose to click only next on the pin code screen if the app has cancel highlighted as well.  Please please please can this be fixed?  When the cancel is not highlighted both the next button and the skip and enter IP address button are both highlighted.  WE CANNOT JUST SELECT NEXT.

It's actually backwards.  The color is wrong (bug?) but the button that will be used is the one that is different.  Only 1 is ever "highlighted".

Noooooo. There are always two highlighted right now.  It will never select just one!!!

Are you saying no one knows what to do or fix it?  Cuz I am just gonna cancel my service if we are going to continue each day with no results of resolving this.  Please advise

It is frozen it will not let me do what you are saying.  I have sent pics and explained in detail and it’s getting old

Opposite.  1 is highlighted, 2 are not.  Regardless of what button you think is highlighted, the 1 button of the 3 that is different is the button with focus.  Don't go by color but button that looks different.

Looking at these in the first picture "Skip and Enter IP Address" has focus.  In the 2nd "Cancel" has the focus.  The button that looks different.
